Diego has been a Lead at J. Ross now for over 2 years. When he first became a Lead, he was unsure of his abilities and lacked true confidence. As time went on, Diego started leading his own way, started developing a Team that he could count on, and started taking it upon himself to start learning new ways or thinking outside of the box, to help him and his Team succeed even further. Today, Diego and his team are one of the top Residential crews at J. Ross. From countless exterior paintings to detailed staining and care, Diego and his Team have grown leaps and bounds. Bob has led from day one on our biggest project to date: the new academic facility at ETSU. As the on-site supervisor, he’s been essential in coordinating with BurWil Construction, managing subs, and keeping the build on track. He may not ask for recognition—but he’s earned it tenfold.

Charlie doesn’t just manage jobs—he lifts people up. He advocates for his crews, juggles multiple job sites with ease, and leads with humility. Whether on the job site or helping a stranger at Lowe’s, Charlie shows the heart behind the mustache.

If it had wheels, it broke in February—and Josh fixed it. From emergency van repairs to keeping our equipment in working order and job sites fully stocked, Josh kept operations running smoothly. He’s the glue guy, and this month, he held it all together.

Pedro stood out in January as the top-performing painter in terms of both speed and precision. He and his crew led the entire company in production while upholding the highest standards of quality. Professional, focused, and always consistent—Pedro is a true Mustache Maverick.
